The NBA also used similar jerseys on Christmas Day, while the Golden State Warriors have added a sleeved alternate to their regular rotation this season.
Several players around the NBA have criticized the jerseys for being too restrictive, while Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said he “hated them” and that “it made our guys look more like a high school wrestling team.”
The 2014 NBA All-Star Game will take place Feb. 16 in New Orleans.
