Bullock played in 62 games with the Pistons in 2017-18 and averaged 11.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game, which were all career highs.
Impact
Undoubtedly, Bullock had his best season of his five year career as he set career highs in just about every statistical category. The former North Carolina guard is set to make $2.5 million during his final season of his two-year contract signed back in July 2017.
Bullock will be shut down for the rest of the season due to a knee injury, Rod Beard of the Detroit News reports.
Impact
Details on the injury are unclear, but with the Pistons officially eliminated from playoff contention, it makes sense to sit the 27-year-old for the final four games. Coach Stan Van Gundy confirmed that rookie Luke Kennard will move into the starting five in Bullock's place. Bullock will close what was by far his best NBA season with averages of 11.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 27.9 minutes per game.
Bullock generated 16 points (6-14 G, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals across 33 minutes in Saturday's 115-109 win over the Knicks.
Impact
Bullock seemingly can be counted on for scoring in the mid-teens at a minimum each night, as well as some serviceable complementary work in other categories. He wrapped up March with averages of 15.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists and has now drained multiple threes in 12 straight contests. The fifth-year veteran is enjoying a career year while getting his first extended opportunity in a starting role since being drafted in the first round by the Clippers in 2013.
Bullock poured in 17 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt) and added two assists across 31 minutes in Monday's 106-90 win over the Kings.
Impact
The sharpshooting wing was at it again, churning out his 16th consecutive double-digit scoring effort, a feat partly accomplished by Bullock draining multiple threes for the sixth straight contest. The former Tar Heel has also shot between 50.0 and 75.0 percent in each of the last five games, a torrid stretch that speaks to his value as a pure scorer. His contributions in other categories remain decidedly modest, hower, as Bullock is averaging just 2.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists over the eight March tilts he's suited up for.
Bullock recorded 13 points (5-10 FG, 3-5 3 PT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals in 31 minutes during Saturday's 100-87 loss to the Trail Blazers.
Impact
Bullock has played his way into a starting role this season and though he can be a bit inconsistent, he appears to be a key part of Detroit's future plans, something that Detroit will begin to address as their playoff aspirations slip away. This should only result in added responsibility for Bullock as the season comes to a close. If he gets sufficient minutes, he can be a very effective fantasy play.
Bullock finished with 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt), and four assists in 35 minutes during Thursday's 120-113 victory over the Nuggets.
Impact
Bullock returned after missing just one game with a back injury. He appeared untroubled by the concern, playing in 35 minutes and finishing with 17 points. He continues to shoot the ball well from the field, now sitting at 49 percent for the season. He offers basically nothing outside of points and three's but is perhaps the ultimate streaming option if you need either of those categories.
Bullock (back) has been cleared to play in Thursday's matchup against the Nuggets and will immediately reclaim a spot in the starting lineup, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
Impact
Bullock missed Tuesday's game against the Jazz with a back injury, but as expected, it wasn't anything overly serious and he'll rejoin the lineup after missing just one contest. The fact that he's immediately re-entering the starting lineup is encouraging he'll see a full workload, so fantasy owners can expect him to push for a 30-plus minute role. With Bullock taking back his spot in the top unit, Stanley Johnson is expected to return to the bench. Along with Johnson, Luke Kennard and Langston Galloway could lose a few minutes.
Bullock (back) is listed as questionable for Thursday's matchup with the Nuggets.
Impact
Bullock's injury is being listed as a sore back and while it doesn't sound like anything overly serious, it could potentially keep him sidelined for a second straight game Thursday. Look for him to test everything out during morning shootaround Thursday, with another update on his availability coming shortly after that session. During Tuesday's contest, it was Stanley Johnson (31 minutes) that started in Bullock's place, while Luke Kennard (36 minutes) played a huge role off the bench.
Bullock (undisclosed) has officially been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Jazz, Keith Langlois of the Pistons' official site reports.
Impact
Bullock was listed as doubtful heading into the contest, so this decision is relatively unsurprising. In his absence, Stanley Johnson will return to the starting lineup. Bullock's next opportunity to return be Thursday against the Nuggets.
Bullock (undisclosed) is doubtful for Tuesday's contest against the Jazz, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic Detroit reports.
Impact
Bullock sat out Monday's practice after being involved in a car accident over the weekend. He's apparently still feeling enough pain to probably keep him sidelined. Assuming he's out Tuesday, Luke Kennard, Langston Galloway, James Ennis and other wings on the team are all candidates to see an uptick in workload.
