It appears as though Anthony Carter’s run with the Toronto Raptors is about to come to an end.
According to a Toronto Star report, the Raptors are actively shopping the veteran point guard and if they are unable to move Carter prior to the trade deadline, they will release him.
Carter has seen spot duty in Toronto, appearing in 24 games while averaging two points and 1.4 assists per game.
The Raptors are not expected to reach the playoffs this season and are looking to give younger players more minutes.
