The full broadcast schedule for Sportsnet and TSN’s joint re-airing of the Raptors playoffs can be found here.
On Friday night, Game 1 of the Toronto Raptors‘ run to their first-ever NBA Championship re-aired on Sportsnet. It marked the first broadcast in what will be a 24-game Raptors victory lap, celebrating last summer’s best moments while fans do their best to make due without live NBA games in the present.
What the scoreboard would say at the final buzzer was already known before the first shot was taken, but that didn’t make reliving what happened in between any less enjoyable.
From waxing nostalgic about Kawhi Leonard, to wondering — even with the benefit of hindsight — where exactly that DJ Augustin performance came from, fans shared the experience of rewatching the game that started Toronto’s historic run on Twitter.
We curated some of the best here:
Lowry, Green, Leonard, Siakam, Gasol. If Kawhi stays, this team could be a dynasty.

JV is one of the all-time good guys. Helluva player. But an even better person.
It was amazing that he came to the game & I appreciated his willingness to chat with me.
I have A LOT of time for @JValanciunas as a player and man — and always will.

Me after Game 1 on twitter: Derozan trade was a huge mistake. They will be left with nothing.
