Heading into the Eastern Conference Finals, the Toronto Raptors are major underdogs against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Vegas oddsmakers Bodog give Toronto a 13/2 shot at winning the Eastern Conference Final versus 1/12 for the Cavs.
Their odds at this point to win the title are even more bleak—and way behind those pegged to the rest of the final four teams.
ESPN’s Basketball Power Index isn’t exactly bully on them either. By that measure, the Raptors have only a 31-percent chance of beating the Cavaliers.
But, hey, it could be worse: BPI gives the Oklahoma City Thunder just a 30-percent shot at toppling the powerhouse Golden State Warriors.
