Raptors’ Pascal Siakam named Eastern Conference player of the week

Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam has been named the NBA’s Eastern Conference player of the week for the week of Nov. 4-10.

Siakam helped the Raptors to a 3-0 record during the week with averages of 30.3 points, 11.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists on 51.5 per cent shooting.

This is the second time in Siakam’s career he’s earned a player-of-the-week honour.

The Houston Rockets’ James Harden took home the award in the Western Conference as he averaged 40.7 points, 9.3 assists and eight rebounds.
