With the Toronto Raptors caught in a rut, Dwane Casey has decided to alter his rotation with Greivis Vasquez starting in place of Terrence Ross against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night.
Ross has been struggling on both sides of the ball, shooting just 32 percent from the field over the past 10 outings while also being exploited on the defensive end.
The move does not come as too big of a surprise as the 23-year-old was benched for the entire second half of Sunday’s loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.
Vasquez has started five games for Toronto this season, averaging a solid 12.2 points and 4.8 assists in those contests.
