Toronto Raptors forward Terrence Ross left Friday’s contest against the Washington Wizards with a back injury.
Ross checked out midway into the fourth quarter after having scored seven points in 18 minutes of action.
Outside of Friday’s game, it’s unclear how long this will keep Ross out, if at all.
The Raptors’ depth at the wing has already taken a big hit with DeMarre Carroll going down with a knee injury, so any length of time Ross potentially is sidelined for could spell trouble for Toronto.
This season, Ross is averaging 7.9 points per game on 39.9 per cent shooting.
