After sitting out his team’s opening four contests of the 2018-19 campaign with a nagging groin injury, Toronto Raptors guard Delon Wright will make his season debut tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Wright is expected to come off the bench, filling a role the 26-year-old thrived in last season as part of the Raptors’ league-best second unit.
While Wright is set to return, Fred VanVleet is out for tonight’s contest with turf toe.
Timberwolves small forward Andrew Wiggins will be out of the lineup with a right quad contusion, according to head coach Tom Thibodeau.
