Milwaukee Bucks starting guard Eric Bledsoe has suffered a small fracture on his rib and will miss two to three weeks, according to The Athletic‘s Shams Charania.

Bledsoe was sidelined during Wednesday’s pre-season game against the Utah Jazz with what was originally diagnosed as an oblique strain.

The 29-year-old guard finished last season with an average of 15.9 points, 5.5 assists and 4.6 rebounds in 78 regular-season games.

The Bucks open the 2019-20 season on Thursday, Oct. 24 against the Houston Rockets.
