The Los Angeles Clippers are reportedly waiving guard Isaiah Thomas, according to Shams Charania of the Athletic.
The move comes days after the Clippers landed Thomas from the Washington Wizards and Marcus Morris from the New York Knicks in a three-team trade. Los Angeles sent Maurice Harkless to New York and Jerome Robinson to Washington.
Thomas averaged 12.2 points and 3.7 assists in 40 games for the Wizards this season. He will become a free agent once he passes through waivers and will be eligible to play in the post-season if he is signed before the March 1 deadline.
