Former Toronto Raptors head coach Dwane Casey will be a primary target for the Detroit Pistons job, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Casey was fired by the Raptors after the team was swept by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round of the playoffs. The 61-year-old spent the past seven seasons in Toronto.
During his time with the Raptors, Casey posted a franchise record 320 regular-season wins and guided Toronto to five straight playoff appearances, making the Eastern Conference final for the first time back in 2015-16.
