The NBA has set new dates for the 2020 draft and draft lottery.

As part of its announcement that the league’s owners have agreed on a 22-team return-to-play format, the NBA announced the draft lottery will now be held on Aug. 25 with the draft expected to take place on Oct. 15.

These dates are tentative and dependent on the NBA returning to action on July 31 and completing the 2019-20 season under the new format.

The draft lottery was originally scheduled for May 19 and the draft for June 25.
