The Toronto Raptors have agreed to a one-year, partially guaranteed deal with point guard Kay Felder, according to USA Today’s Sam Amick.

Amick reports Felder will compete for the 15th spot on Toronto’s roster, but playing time figures to be scarce with Kyle Lowry, Delon Wright and Fred VanVleet under contract.

Felder split the 2017-18 season between the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons, averaging 3.6 points and 1.3 assists per game in limited minutes.

The 23-year-old played three seasons at Oakland University.
