Suns’ rookie Warren cracks bone in left thumb

PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns rookie forward T.J. Warren has a small crack in a bone in his left thumb.

The team said Wednesday night that Warren will be treated with a splint and rest and that there is no timetable for his return.

The former North Carolina State player, drafted 14th overall, averaged 5.0 points and 12.2 minutes in five preseason games.
