Twitter reaction: LeBron takes heat for cramps

LeBron James was unable to finish Miami’s Game 1 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday after leaving with leg cramps late in the fourth quarter.

James was carried off the court with 3:49 remaining in the game, allowing the Spurs to go on a 16-3 run while the two-time champ writhed in pain on the sideline.

Predictably, Twitter lit up with its usual blend of over-reaction, sarcasm and questionable advice. Here are some of the highlights:
