Jonas Valanciunas has suffered a hand injury and is out for the duration of Monday’s game between the Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls.

Sportsnet’s Michael Grange is reporting that although he’s leaving the game, X-rays on his left hand are negative.

In just under 10 minutes of action, the Lithuanian centre had posted eight points on 3-for-3 shooting with two rebounds. Earlier this season, a hand injury had him on the shelf for 17 games.

With Valanciunas out, Bismack Biyombo is expected to log heavy minutes for the Raptors.
