Zion Williamson‘s much-awaited summer league debut was short-lived, as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft had his night cut short after a knee-on-knee collision.

The incident occurred in the first-half. Williamson has since stayed on the New Orleans Pelicans’ bench but is not expected to return for precautionary reasons.

In nine minutes of action, Williamson went 4-of-9 from the field for 11 points and added three rebounds.
