The Washington Redskins used to have the best quarterback situation in the league but now it looks like they might be in trouble. First of all, Robert Griffin III might not be healthy enough to start in Week One on Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles. Secondly, Kirk Cousins got injured in Week Two of the preseason versus the Pittsburgh Steelers while running out of the pocket. This only leaves two healthy quarterbacks on the roster in Pat White and Rex Grossman.

No disrespect to White, but Rex Grossman is more suitable to running this offense and has knowledge of how Mike Shanahan wants things done. So with that being said, if Cousins or RG3 isn’t healthy enough to play, expect Grossman to start on Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. But all the pressure will not be on Grossman because the Redskins have a formidable running game in Alfred Morris, Roy Helu Jr., and Evan Royster which can keep them in a game.
