Summer is a time for heading to the ballpark to watch your favourite MLB team, and while you’re there it’s also time to sample an ever-growing menu way beyond the traditional hot dog and beer. Depending which ballpark you visit this summer, there are culinary creations that have to be on any fan’s “must eat” list. Today’s stop on our tour of amazing, must-try foods at MLB parks is in Houston, Texas and the home of the Houston Astros, Minute Maid Park.

Two premium signature food items here in Houston and I don’t which I’d try first, they both sound amazing: the El Real Fajitas located at Section 215 and 132, and the famous Chopped Beef Baker sold at section 125 and 409.

The El Real Fajita Tacos are served on freshly made tortillas with your choice of grilled chicken or beef topped with caramelized onions and drizzled with garlic butter.

The oversized Chopped Beef Baker baked potato is topped with whipped butter, shredded cheese, chopped BBQ brisket, sour cream and green onions.
