When you head to the home of the Mariners, there is one dish you need to set your sights on immediately and it’s named after perhaps the greatest player in the franchise’s history – Edgar Martinez. The dish? Edgar’s Tacos.

Created by noted Seattle Chef and restaurateur Ethan Stowell, Edgar’s Tacos use fresh, locally sourced ingredients like grass-fed beef for the carne asada and lengua, and Washington grown chicken and pork for a “Northwest Mex” flavor. Edgar’s Tacos are available at Edgar’s Cantina and Home Run Porch lounge, located in left field at Safeco Field.
