Kimbo Slice and Dada 5000 delivered one of the most legendary “MMA fights” of all time Friday night, but not in a good way.
Slice, the 42-year-old Godfather of YouTube, and Dada, the star of the documentary “Dawg Fight,” gassed out early and staggered their way through nearly three rounds in the co-main event of Bellator 142 before the fight mercilessly came to an end in hilarious fashion.
It didn’t take long for fans, fighters and pundits alike to find a place for this fight in the history books.
In the other co-main event, UFC legends Ken Shamrock and Royce Gracie renewed their rivalry at the combined age of 101. It ended with Gracie earning the first knockout of his esteemed career after hitting Shamrock with knees before taking him down and finishing him with a flurry of blows midway through the first round.
But it wasn’t without controversy, as the 52-year-old Shamrock claimed to have been hit with a low blow.
