Kimbo Slice is returning to mixed martial arts, but it won’t be in the UFC.

The street fighter turned YouTube sensation has signed a contract with Bellator MMA.

Slice, whose real name is Kevin Ferguson, hasn’t competed in the sport since 2010 following a loss to Matt Mitrione at UFC 113 in Montreal.

The 40-year-old went 7-0 as a pro boxer following his stint with the UFC, which began with an appearance on The Ultimate Fighter 10 in 2009. Overall, Slice is 4-2 in MMA with wins over veterans Houston Alexander, James Thompson and Tank Abbott.

Bellator has yet to announce when Slice will make his promotional debut and who his first opponent will be. They are expected to do so in the coming days.
