Veteran defensive lineman Dylan Wynn staying put with Tiger-Cats

HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed American defensive tackle Dylan Wynn to a two-year contract Thursday.

Wynn was slated to become a CFL free agent Tuesday.

The 28-year-old started 12 games with Hamilton last season, registering 30 tackles, five sacks and two tackles for loss. He was named an East Division all-star for the third time.

The six-foot-two, 283-pound Wynn has started 53-of-56 career CFL regular-season games with the Toronto Argonauts (2017-18) and Hamilton (2019-21). He has registered 138 tackles, 24 sacks and four pass knockdowns.

Wynn won a Grey Cup with Toronto in 2017 and was named a CFL all-star in 2019.
