There was an unbelievable catch during the One-Day International series in Adelaide, Australia on Jan. 13 but it didn’t come on the pitch.
You see it all the time in MLB baseball highlights, someone hits a dinger and fans frantically try to catch the ball with their baseball gloves or bare hands for the not-so-prepared.
Peter Spurling, a highly-touted Australian Football prospect caught a shot by Brad Haddin in the concourse. Seems simple enough but while carrying an iced coffee and two hamburgers? That’s just impressive.
