One of England's bright young stars was shown off early in the second half against Mexico.
Defender Jarell Quansah was given a red card in the 54th minute after a tackle on Mexico's Jesus Gallardo.
The booking was confirmed after a review by VAR.
Quansah, 23, plays his club football for Bayer Leverkusen in Germany. He made his senior debut with England in World Cup qualifying late last year.
