Oddsmaker Randall The Handle has installed the Saskatchewan Roughriders as nine-point favourites to win Sunday’s Grey Cup over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at the Rogers Centre.
He has also set the over/under at 51.
Both teams scored upset wins to qualify for the Cup. The Roughriders beat the B.C. Lions 26-17, while the Bombers beat the Toronto Argonauts 19-9.
