Muamba on Bombers: Becoming a reality

The bye week is over and the rest is finally becoming a reality.

I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to live the professional life. I’ve experienced everything a rookie could except one thing — playing in an actual game, next to a great real good group of guys, supporting, encouraging, hard working and extremely talented!

I’ve been getting an immense amount of support not just from the organization, family and friends but also from the Bomber fans. I’m really grateful for it.

A lot of people have been asking me if I’m ready for my CFL debut or if I’m nervous. And to answer all you folks: I am absolutely ready and thrilled to be able to play.

When you feel as prepared as I feel, thanks to my coaching staff and the veterans teaching me the little things, it brings a lot of confidence! Being on the sidelines with a knee injury I’ve learned a lot and I’ve definitely enjoyed every win thus far.

To be able to contribute to another win, on the field and on game day this time would be a very humbling yet refreshing feeling.
