Mike Nelson and Rich Stubler are together again.
Stubler, the Toronto Argonauts head coach, hired Nelson as a defensive assistant coach with the CFL club Friday. Stubler and Nelson both coached together with the Edmonton Eskimos in 1992.
Nelson spent last season as a defensive line coach with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Prior to joining the Ticats, Nelson coached the defensive line at Iowa State University for 10 years and has spent over 25 years in the NCAA ranks.
