The latest chapter in the Rob Ford saga was written Thursday when the Toronto mayor made some profane comments on live television while wearing a Toronto Argonauts jersey.

Ford, a longtime supporter of the Argos, was wearing his custom “Mayor Ford” No. 12 jersey in advance of Sunday’s CFL East Division Final against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats when he unleashed some lewd language while responding to allegations made by a former staffer.

More details on Ford’s latest comments

Ford’s attire garnered almost as much attention as his comments and the Argos sent out a series of tweets in response.
