The Kansas City Chiefs will be looking to advance to the AFC Championship Game in consecutive seasons for the first time in franchise history when they take on the Houston Texans on Sunday as 9.5-point home favourites on the NFL odds at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com.

Kansas City enters the playoffs riding a six-game straight-up win streak, bolstering the team’s Super Bowl odds which sit at a short +325 going into Sunday afternoon’s matchup at Arrowhead Stadium.

With the Chiefs getting past the rash of injuries that plagued them early in the campaign, they have been dominant in recent outings. Kansas City has claimed victory by double-digit margins in four of its six recent victories, while a stingy Chiefs defence has limited opponents to just 11.5 points per game over that stretch. That combination has filled the pockets of bettors taking the UNDER on the totals, which has gone 5-1 during the Chiefs’ current win streak.

The Texans travel to Kansas City on a high after recording a 22-19 comeback victory over the Buffalo Bills as 2.5-point home chalk on Wild Card Weekend. With that win, Houston improved to 5-2 SU in its past seven overall. The Texans have also posted outright wins in five of seven road dates, including a 31-24 victory in Kansas City as 3.5-point underdogs in Week 6, which marked their second victory in three dates with the Chiefs. Despite that recent success, the Texans enter the weekend stalled at the bottom of the Super Bowl odds as +2500 longshots.

Later on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers make their first playoff appearance in three years as they host the Seattle Seahawks as four-point favourites at online sports betting sites. With quarterback Aaron Rodgers enjoying a full season of good health, the Packers captured their first NFC North title since 2016 and ride a five-game SU win streak into Sunday’s clash at Lambeau Field.

While the Packers have been far from a dominating offensive force, averaging just 18.9 points over their past eight outings, they have been effective at smothering opposing offenses, allowing more than 15 points just once during their current 5-0 SU run, extending a steady 7-1 run for the UNDER.

The Packers also sport a 7-1 SU record on home turf but could have their hands full against a Seahawks squad that improved to 8-1 SU on the road this season with a 17-9 win in Philadelphia last weekend. However, the Seahawks face a big challenge as they seek to post their first SU win in eight visits to Green Bay since 1999.
