INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts have signed free agent cornerback Channing Stribling after putting safety Michael Cirino on the waived-injured list.

The team announced the moves Tuesday. Cirino will go on the Colts’ injured reserve list if he clears waivers.

The 6-foot-1, 188-pound Stribling made the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad as an undrafted rookie last season. He also was on the practice squad with Indy and San Francisco.

Stribling finished his college career at Michigan with 68 tackles, four for loss, with one sack and six interceptions.

Cirino was signed as an undrafted rookie following a tryout during the Colts’ recent rookie mini-camp.
