The NFL Week 3 schedule saw nine teams open as road betting favourites, led by the Denver Broncos, who travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills as 3-point chalk on the Week 3 NFL odds at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com

Denver remained undefeated with an impressive 42-17 upset win over the visiting Dallas Cowboys as a 2.5-point home underdog last weekend, and are now unbeaten straight up and against the spread in three contests going into Sunday afternoon’s Broncos versus Bills betting matchup at New Era Field.

The Broncos offence has been firing on all cylinders in the early going, averaging 34 points per game. Denver will need more of the same against a Bills squad that has surrendered just 21 total points and one touchdown through the first two weeks of the season, and covered in six of seven dates with the Broncos.

The Detroit Lions have impressed in a pair of victories by double-digit margins as underdogs to open their schedule, including a lopsided 24-10 win over the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. However, the Lions are once again pegged as underdogs in Week 3, when they host the high-powered Atlanta Falcons as 3-point underdogs.

The Lions outclassed the Arizona Cardinals in a 35-23 win as 2.5-point home underdogs in Week 1, improving their record to 7-1 SU in their past eight games at Ford Field, including three outright wins as betting underdogs, according to the OddsShark NFL Database.

The Falcons looked in championship form in last week’s 34-23 win over Green Bay as 3-point favorites in their debut at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and have also been impressive road performers, going 8-2 SU and ATS in their past 10. Atlanta has also enjoyed success against the Lions, going 3-1 SU in their past four meetings while covering in each of those contests.

The Pittsburgh Steelers look to improve to 3-0 as they visit the Chicago Bears as 7-point favourites. The Steelers outpaced the Minnesota Vikings in a 26-9 win as 8.5-point home chalk to remain undefeated SU in nine straight regular-season contests, and trail only New England on the Super Bowl odds at +800. Conversely, the Bears ride a six-game SU losing streak but are unbeaten in two against Pittsburgh.

In other NFL Week 3 betting action, the Miami Dolphins travel north to face the winless New York Jets as 6-point favourites, and the Seattle Seahawks visit Tennessee as 3-point chalk, while the Jacksonville Jaguars host the Baltimore Ravens as 4-point underdogs in a matchup at Wembley Stadium in London.
