For the sixth time in franchise history, the New England Patriots are Super Bowl champions after a convincing 13-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
After competing in a high-scoring championship game last season against the Philadelphia Eagles, which ended 41-33, New England’s defence was the story for most of the game.
The 16 combined points between the Patriots and Rams was the lowest combined score in Super Bowl history. With the lacklustre effort offensively from both teams, Twitter had some interesting takes as some couldn’t hold back their feelings on the low-scoring game.
