Welker’s wife bashes Ravens’ Lewis online

The wife of New England Patriots receiver Wes Welker, Anna Burns Welker, posted some less than flattering things about Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis on Facebook following the Ravens’ 28-13 win over the Patriots on Sunday.

According to a report from TheBigLead.com, the post stated: “Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!”

A screen grab of what Welker’s wife allegedly posted on Facebook.

Welker had a solid game on Sunday with eight catches for 117 yards and a touchdown. Lewis and his Ravens advanced to their second Super Bowl appearance in team history. They will play the San Francisco 49ers in two weeks.
