Masters Blog: Thomas surges as first-round play is suspended

After a seven-month delay, the 2020 Masters Tournament finally got underway on Thursday.

And while Augusta National in the fall offers a different Masters experience than golfers and fans are used to, this year's quest for the Green Jacket still promises to be a thrilling one.

Thursday's first round at the Masters was delayed for nearly three hours by inclement weather in the morning, but when play resumed, the golfers came to play.
