After winning a major tournament, the only thing left to do is celebrate and Rory McIlroy did just that after claiming his first-ever British Open. The 25-year old held off Sergio Garcia and Rickie Fowler to come out on top at Royal Liverpool and he commemorated the accomplishment accordingly.

He gathered a bunch of friends and family to spend time with after winning the Claret Jug. So of course, a few selfies were in order.

We’ll let you guys be the judge on whether or not this is the ultimate #OpenSelfie.

Another photo emerged showing McIlroy pouring some Jagermeister into the Claret Jug.

While it isn’t quite Dom Perignon, he went out and won a major tournament, earning the right to pretty much do whatever he wants with the trophy.

How would you celebrate winning #TheOpen ?

Finally, nothing caps off a night of fun like an old-fashioned group picture.
