Ian Baker-Finch says Tiger Woods ‘looks fit and strong’

Tiger Woods is pain free, but hasn't hit a golf shot yet, and definitely sees a scenario where he never returns to pro golf, but he seems okay with it, as he can still joke with the media.

The golf world continues to speculate about a possible return to the links for Tiger Woods.

Golf analyst Ian Baker-Finch chimed in on the topic on Wednesday, tweeting that Woods “looks fit and strong.”

Woods, winner of 14 majors over the course of his career, has released a few videos of his progress via Twitter over the past few weeks:

The 41-year-old had fusion surgery on his lower back in April — his fourth back surgery — but was recently given the go-ahead by his doctor to resume training.

“He got a nice report and is allowed to proceed,” Woods’ agent, Mark Steinberg, said via ESPN last week. “He can do as much as he needs to do. Tiger is going to take this very, very slowly. This is good, but he plans to do it the right way.”
