After posting a 3-under-par 69 after the first round of the Masters on Thursday, Canadian Adam Hadwin would presumably be resting up to carry some momentum through to Round 2.

But he’s temporarily got his eye focused on something else: The final home game of the Sedins’ careers.

Hadwin, who grew up in Abbotsford, B.C., tweeted out a picture of him getting prepared to stream the sentimental game.

The tweet reads:

If it weren’t for this tournament called The Masters, I would be there to send off the Sedins. Guess this view will have to do! Congrats on an incredible career on the ice and for being even better people off of it! The city of [Vancouver] was lucky to have you!

You can take the golfer out of Canada, but you can’t take the Canadian out of the golfer.

Luckily for Hadwin (T4), the 10 p.m. ET start for the Vancouver Canucks game won’t have him too tired for Friday’s round as he has the last tee time at 2 p.m. ET.

Lucky for him, he was rewarded with a two-goal night, including the overtime winner, from Daniel Sedin, both assisted by Henrik.
