Miles Russell surprises dad by asking him to caddie on Father’s Day

17-year-old Miles Russell gave his dad a special Father’s Day surprise at the U.S. Open, asking him to serve as his caddie for the walk up his final hole after receiving approval from the USGA Rules Committee.
