The St. Louis Blues are receiving some much-needed help that couldn’t have come at a better time.
The team announced Tuesday it has activated winger Jaden Schwartz from the injured reserve after the 26-year-old missed 11 games with an upper-body injury suffered on Nov. 16 against the Vegas Golden Knights.
In 15 games this season, Schwartz has two goals and seven assists, including five points in his last four games before going down with an injury.
The Blues have struggled mightily this season and are just 3-6-1 in their last 10 games, capped off by a fight between teammates Robert Bortuzzo and Zach Sanford on Monday.
Maybe Schwartz can help play peacemaker during Blues practice, in addition to helping this team get back on track.
