Calgary Hitmen trade defenceman Jameson Murray to the Everett Silvertips

The Calgary Hitmen announced that they have traded 18-year-old Jameson Murray to the Everett Silvertips for a a sixth-round pick in the 2019 or 2020 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.

Murray started his WHL career with the Hitmen and played 63 career games, tallying nine points with Calgary.

“The Hitmen would like to thank Jameson for his time with the organization and wish him well in his future hockey endeavours,” said Hitmen general manager Jeff Chynoweth.
