The City of Lethbridge renamed a local hockey arena on Saturday in honour of Logan Boulet, a former Humboldt Broncos player who died in the April 2018 bus crash.
Boulet, a Lethbridge, Alta. native, was one of 16 victims in the crash.
He was celebrated for his status as an organ donor, which created awareness for the importance of donor registration.

As of mid-afternoon on Saturday, the former Adams Park Ice Centre had become Logan Boulet Arena.
His parents, Toby and Bernadine, as well as the Lethbridge Mayor Chris Spearman were on hand for the ceremony.
