Knights’ Domi delivers questionable hit

There was no penalty called, but damage seemed to be done.

Owen Sound Attack rookie Artur Gavrus was carried off the ice on a stretcher following a hit from London Knights forward Max Domi during the second period of Saturday night’s game.

Gavrus currently sits fourth among Ontario Hockey League rookies with nine goals and nine assists in 23 games played.

Domi sits second among rookies with eight goals and 12 assists in 22 games played.

The Knights defeated the Attack 7-5.
