Jeff and Sam are joined by Team Canada head coach Dominique Ducharme, announce the Sherwin-Williams CHL Top Prospects rosters and preview the CHL’s Saturday Showcase with Moncton head coach Darren Rumble.

FIRST BLOCK
• Team Canada coach Dom Ducharme discusses his team’s selection camp roster, the start of camp ahead of the the 2018 WJC in Buffalo and having four goalies at camp.

• Jeff and Sam also talk about the big trade in the ‘Q’ that will see the only player ever granted exceptional status in the QMJHL, Joe Veleno, move from the Saint John Sea Dogs to Drummondville for a stack of draft picks that includes three first-rounders.

SECOND BLOCK
• The guys discuss some of the key names on this year Sherwin-Wiliams CHL Top Prospects game rosters. The game will take place on Sportsnet on January 25 from Guelph, Ont. Ryan Merkley, the first overall pick in the OHL draft from two years ago, will showcase his skills in front of NHL scouts and his home crowd.

THIRD BLOCK
• Moncton Wildcats head coach, Darren Rumble, joins Jeff and Sam to preview the CHL Saturday Showcase on Sportsnet this week between the Wildcats and Acadie-Bathurst Titans.

• Carter Hart completes the CHL goalie of the week hat-trick by earning the honours for a third consecutive week, while Brandon Wheat King Stelio Mattheos takes the disappointment of being left off the Canadian junior invitee list and turns it into CHL Player of the Week honours.
