KINGSTON, Ont. — Anthony DiFruscia scored the winner at 18:57 of overtime as the Niagara IceDogs edged the Kingston Frontenacs 6-5 in Game 2 of their second round Ontario Hockey League series.
Kyle Langdon, Vince Dunn, Ryan Mantha and Aleksandar Mikulovich and Pavel Jenys, on the power play, supplied the rest of the offence for the IceDogs, who lead the series 2-0. Jordan Maletta tacked on three assists.
Michael Dal Colle led the Kingston comeback, scoring two of his three goals in a three-goal third period. Juho Lammikko tied the game at 5-5 at 14:54 of the third with Conor McGlynn opening the scoring in the first.
Alex Nedeljkovic made 47 saves for the win in net. Lucas Peressini took the loss after turning aside 10-of-11 shots in 34:13 of relief. Jeremy Helvig started for the Frontenacs and stopped 24-of-29 shots.
Niagara scored once on four power plays with Kingston going 3 for 6 with the man advantage.

ERIE, Pa. — Darren Raddysh tied the game late in the third period and then won it 58 seconds into overtime as the Otters slipped past Sault Ste. Marie in Game 1 of their second round series.
Jake Marchment opened the scoring early in the first for Erie.
Boris Katchouk struck twice for the Greyhounds.

KNIGHTS 6, RANGERS 3
LONDON, Ont. — Christian Dvorak scored a hat trick and added an assist as the Knights doubled up Kitchener in Game 1 of their OHL quarter-final.
Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Mitchell Marner had a goal and two assists while Matthew Tkachuk tacked on four helpers. Olli Juolevi and JJ Piccinich had the others.
Connor Bunnaman, Adam Mascherin and Ryan MacInnis supplied the offence for the Rangers.
