KITCHENER, Ont. — Brandon Robinson had a goal and two assists as the Kitchener Rangers edged the Saginaw Spirit 4-3 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Gustaf Franzen, Ryan MacInnis and Darby Llewellyn also scored for the Rangers (9-0-3), who have yet to drop a game in regulation this season and lead the league with 21 points.
Matthew Kreis, with two goals, and Connor Brown provided the offence for Saginaw (4-6-2). Dylan Sadowy had three assists.
Luke Opilka stopped 20 shots for Kitchener, while David Ovsjannikov made 30 saves for the Spirit.
Saginaw scored on one of five power-play attempts, while the Rangers were 0-for-3.

Conor McGlynn and Chad Duchesne had the other goals for the Frontenacs (9-2-2), who scored three straight after falling behind 2-0 in the first period.
Givani Smith and James McEwan scored for Guelph (1-10-1), which has lost seven straight.
