WINDSOR, Ont. — Connor McMichael scored the tiebreaking goal late in the third period and the London Knights extended their winning streak with a 4-2 comeback victory over the Windsor Spitfires on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Liam Foudy scored twice, including an empty-netter to seal the game with 16 seconds left, and Matvey Guskov also found the back of the net for the Knights (17-4-2), who had four unanswered goals to erase a 2-0 deficit after the first period.
The victory extended London’s win streak to 12 straight and point streak to 15 games (14-0-1).
Curtis Douglas and Daniel D’Amico scored for the Spitfires (12-12-2).
Knights goaltender Joseph Raaymakers made 22 saves. Windsor’s Michael DiPietro stopped 26 shots.

HAMILTON — Max Grondin scored a hat trick as Peterborough doubled up the Bulldogs.
Austin Osmanski, Liam Kirk and Semyon Der-Arguchintsev also scored for the Petes (15-11-0).
Nicolas Mattinen, MacKenzie Entwistle and Navrin Mutter replied for Hamilton (11-13-1).
