GUELPH, Ont. — Isaac Ratcliffe scored 56 seconds into overtime as the Guelph Storm rallied from three goals down to defeat the Kitchener Rangers 4-3 on Tuesday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Ryan Merkley, Mason Primeau and Alexey Toropchenko scored for Guelph (29-28-9), which was down 3-0 early in the second period.
Toropchenko tied the game 18:11 into the third period. The win snapped a four-game slide.
Riley Damiani led the Rangers (43-20-3) with two goals. Logan Brown had the other.
Storm goaltender Anthony Popovich stopped 37 shots. Kitchener’s Luke Richardson made 22 saves.
