QMJHL Playoffs: Sea Dogs take 3-0 lead on Armada

BOISBRIAND, Que. — Callum Booth stopped all 22 shots he faced as the Saint John Sea Dogs shut out the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada 2-0 on Tuesday in Game 3 of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League championship series.

Saint John now leads the best-of-seven set for the President’s Cup 3-0. Game 4 is in Boisbriand, Que.

Samuel Dove-McFalls scored both goals, one into an empty net, for the Sea Dogs.

Samuel Montembeault turned aside 17-of-18 shots for the Armada.

Both teams went 0 for 3 on the power play.
